Matemáticas I
Introduction to mathematical concepts. Covers numbers and counting, ordering numbers, ordinal numbers, addition readiness, vertical addition, number sense, vertical subtraction, fact families, story problems, addition sentences, subtraction sentences, identifying the operation needed to solve a problem, ordering numbers, telling time, three dimensional figures, symmetry, and fractions. Seven review tests and one comprehensive test round out the lesson content.

Matemáticas II
Strengthens mathematical skills in the areas of numbers and counting, odds and evens, money and money strategy, graphing, addition and subtraction, using a calculator, measurement, estimating. Reviews reading time on digital or analog clocks, addition and subtraction story problems, problem solving strategies,logic,fractions,and ordered pairs. Seven review tests and one comprehensive test round out the lesson content.

Matemáticas III
Covers addition and subtraction, counting bills and coins, using a number line, using mental math, bar graphs, estimating differences, estimating and measuring time, mass, reading temperatures in Celsius and Fahrenheit, multiplication, dividing by tens and hundreds, solving problems using pictographs, decimals, probability, plane figures, ordered pairs, and identifying faces, edges, and corners. Eight review tests and one comprehensive test round out the lesson content.

Matemáticas IV
Contains lessons covering the five-step process for problem solving, grouping addends, addition and subtraction, odd and even numbers, multiplication and division problems using money, using a calendar, temperature, writing decimals to the tenths and hundredths positions, line segments and angles, comparing maps and grids, comparing graph types, and formulating information into a story problem. Five review tests and one comprehensive test round out the lesson content.

Covers exponents, standard, expanded, and word forms of numbers, writing decimals, adding and subtracting decimals, the properties of addition, the five-step thinking plan, multiplying two and three digit numbers, surveys, uses of line and circle graphs, Venn diagrams, least common multiples, units of length, elapsed time, lines and angles, circles, perimeter, circumference, pyramids, and probability. Contains six review tests and one comprehensive test.

Matemáticas VI
Strengthens mathematical knowledge and ability in the areas of rounding numbers, estimation, place value, properties of numbers, multiplying decimals, dividing by one- or two-digit numbers, prime numbers, equivalent fractions, tallies, identifying variables, solving equations, length, capacity and weight units, temperature, lines and rays, parts of a circle,perimeter,positive and negative integers, and ordered pairs.Contains eight review tests and one comprehensive test.

Matemáticas VII
Covers place value, commutative associative, zero, one, and distributive properties, inverse operations, factors, number theory, mixed numbers, ratios, percent concepts, markups, commissions, steps to solving equations, measurement of length, mass/weight, metric units, points, angles, calculating perimeter, area, volume, using a number line, and graphing ordered pairs on a coordinate axis. Contains ten review tests and one comprehensive test.

Matemáticas VIII
Strengthens mathematical knowledge and ability in the areas of rounding numbers, positive and negative rational numbers, order of operations, proportion, scales, randomly occurring events, counting principle factorials, introduction to algebra, points, rays, quadrilaterals, polyhedrons, cones, formulas for the area of plane figures, the Pythagorean Theorem, statistics, translating word phrases into algebraic expressions with integers, slope, binomials, determinants, and Cramer’s rule. Contains seven review tests and one comprehensive test.

Lectura I
Introduces the use of consonants with vowels. Gradually allows the student to form words and sentences, classify words according to their group, use and definition of nouns, verbs, antonyms and synonyms. This title also covers singular and plural nouns, predicting outcomes, recognizing main ideas, interpreting feelings, drawing conclusions, story details, similarity and difference, fact and make believe, cause and effect, purpose in writing and sequence.

Lectura II
Reviews consonants and vowels, verbs, nouns and plurals, pronunciation, root words, prefixes and suffixes, context clues, abbreviations, core subject words, analogies, and sequencing. Also introduces main ideas and details, fact and opinion, classifying, characterization, common expressions, story elements, purpose in writing, interpreting feelings, predicting outcomes, generalizations, words that start a question, fiction and nonfiction.

Lectura III
Reviews consonants and vowels, verbs, antonyms and synonyms, alphabetization, sequence, main idea, story elements, facts and opinions, cause and effect, compare and contrast, feelings, predicting outcomes, words that start a question, story details, fiction and nonfiction. Also introduces syllable division, prefix and suffix, the use of words that apply to only certain Latin regions or cultures (anglicismos y regionalismos), the use of the article, generalizations, drawing conclusions, point of view, reality and fantasy.

Lectura IV
This title reviews general vowels, consonants, and plural nouns, verb usage (presente, pasado, y futuro), words and word tenses, the alphabetical order of words, clue words, analogies, main idea and detail, cause and effect, classification of words, fact and opinion, personification, generalizations, summarizing, words that ask, point of view, story elements (principio, en medio, final, personajes y tema), fiction and nonfiction, and conclusions.

Lectura V
Continues study material learned in Lectura IV. This title includes general vowel and consonant reviews, conjunction, the plural form, suffixes, prefixes, compound words, synonyms, antonyms, homonyms, analogies, abbreviations, reality or fantasy, predictions, alphabetical order of words, facts and opinions, comparison and contrast, connotation and denotation, cause and effect, personification, words that ask, elements of a story, literary forms, deciphering biographies and autobiographies.

Lectura VI
Reviews vowels, consonants, prefixes, suffixes, clue words, synonyms, antonyms, analogies, specialized vocabulary words, sequence of events in language, alphabetical order, paragraphs, fact and opinion, conflict and resolution, cause and effect, predictions and summarizing, conclusions, words that ask, story elements, purpose of language, point of view, novels and short stories, fiction and non-fiction, and literary forms.

Gramática I
This title introduces the correct use and identification of common and proper nouns, singular and plural nouns, masculine and feminine nouns (some of them existing only in the Spanish language), identification of verbs and verb tenses, pronouns, adjectives in comparative expressions, conjunctions, punctuation, contractions and abbreviations.

Gramática II
This title introduces the correct use and identification of common and proper nouns, singular and plural nouns, masculine and feminine nouns (some of them exist only in the Spanish language), identification of singular and plural verbs, subject and verb agreement, the conjunctions “al”and “del”(used only in the Spanish language), regular and irregular verbs and grammar improvements. Also introduces the use and identification of subject and predicate, pronouns, double negatives, adjectives, articles, capitalization, abbreviations and adverbs.

Gramática III
Included in this title are common and proper nouns, verb tenses, transitive and intransitive verbs, contractions, conjunctions, cases, pronouns, sentence structure, word order in sentences, simple and compound sentences, subjects and predicates, adjectives, adverbs and the use of tricky words. This title also introduces the correct use and identification of types of nouns used in the Spanish language (colectivos, abstractos y concretos) and reviews the four types of sentences (declaritivas, imperativas, exclamativas, y interrogativas).

Gramática IV
This title introduces language and communication, classifying syllables, the accent, rules of accents, sentence types, subjects and predicates, nouns, identifying words as masculine or feminine, the correct use of singular and plural words, definition and correct use of adjectives, personal pronouns, verbs and verb tenses (presente, pasado, y futuro), verb conjugation, adverbs, gerunds, participles, word families, formation of words (aumentativo, diminutivo, y despectivo), correct usage of the articles el, la, los, and las, prepositions, conjunctions, synonyms, antonyms, and subject analysis.

Gramática V
Included in this title are singular and plural nouns, common and proper nouns, concrete and abstract nouns, correct uses of verbs, verb tenses, infinitives, sentence types, fragments and run-ons, adjectives, articles, prepositions, conjunctions, simple and compound subjects, parts of the subject, state-of being verbs, adverbs, predicates, sentence analysis, rules of accents, synonyms, and antonyms.

Gramática VI
Covers the elements of communication, forms of communication, history of the Spanish language, the alphabet, the accent, formation of words, sentence types (declaratives, interrogatives, imperativas, y exclamativas), noun classification, types of adjectives (calificativos, numerals, posesivos y demostrativos), direct objects, indirect objects, subjects, predicates, and adverbs.

Ortografía I
This title introduces the use and the identification of sounds, long and short vowel sounds, special sounds formed by various letter combinations, using Y as a vowel, silent vowels, various diphthongs, initial and final consonants, like and unlike letters, blends and digraphs, basic sight words, word families, root words and compound words.

Ortografía II
Covers recognition of long and short vowel sounds in example words, initial and final consonants, like and unlike letters, sight words, syllabification skills, dictionary skills and special vocabularies. This title also introduces syllable division, accents, the phonetic use of the consonants s,z,c,g,r,ll,y,k,q,h and x,consonant-vowel combinations, antonyms and synonyms (aumentativos y diminutivos)

Ortografía III
Covers recognition of long and short vowel sounds in example words, initial and final consonants, like and unlike letters, sight words, syllabification skills, dictionary skills and special vocabularies. Introduces the use of “r and rr” at the beginning, the middle and the end of a word, reviews syllable division, the use of consonant-vowel combinations, diptongo, adiptongo and tridiptongo (used in Spanish only).

Ortografía IV
This title covers punctuation, correct use of the comma, uppercase letters, correct use ofthe consonants,b,v,c,s,cc,x,y,z,c,k,q,g and j,use of“r and rr” at the beginning, the middle and the end of a word, use of the letters m and n, correct usage of the letters ll and y, definition of syllables, classifying words as having one, two, or three or more syllables, accents, compound words, synonyms, and antonyms.

Ortografía V
Continues study from Ortografia IV. Covers correct use of the consonants b, v, h, m, n, y, ll, r, rr, s, c, z, g, and j. This title also covers the classification of syllables “agudas, graves o llanas and esdrujulas” (used in Spanish only), correct use of uppercase letters, correct use of punctuation, commas, synonyms, antonyms, and homonyms.
